I'm not trying to get your money, I swear.

About 2 months ago, a girl from my life group from church sent me an e-mail with a link to a meal-planning website. I usually don't like e-mails that solicit anything, so I deleted it and went on with my day.

Then a few weeks ago, I was in the doctor's office and heard a fluffy news piece about a meal-planning website. So I decided to go look at it. Lo and behold, it was the same one. And it's great. It's called E-Mealz. They give you a 5 day dinner menu each week, and they make the meals coincide with what's on sale that week. They even give you a grocery list that's divided by section and has extra space for you to add other things you may need. There are lots of different options to choose from, including low-fat and for 2 people or for families. And it's a total deal at just $15 for 3 full months. We've been using it for 3 weeks now and we love it. The meals seem simple, but they're delicious and typically easy to make. I definitely recommend checking it out. It's already paid for itself in the money we're saving on buying a week's worth of dinner at a time instead of going to the store every single day. It has also paid for itself because we're no longer arguing about what to have for dinner every night at 5 p.m., when I'm so hungry that I have no business whatsoever discussing anything at all.

  2. I was going to add. Going to the store every single day is not really a problem for us, because its not really an option. Which has been great.

  3. We're moving further away from grocery stores, so I think that will be good for us. Having three within walking distance isn't necessarily the best thing that's happened to us. We'll definitely miss the convenience, though.
